Tom Schrandt oversees NAPLIA's Investment Advisor Division. He started his career in insurance in 1995 and has worked in sales, marketing, and as a financial advisor for some of the largest companies in the industry including Prudential, GE Capital, and Vanguard. Tom speaks regularly at national Investment Advisor Conferences including fi360, and The CFDD.
Prior to joining NAPLIA, Tom was the National Sales Manager for the AICPA endorsed Accountants Professional Liability program and is currently working towards his Registered Professional Liability (RPLU) designation. Tom was "all conference" for 4 years for the DeSalles University golf team, and gets most of his exercise from chasing his three young daughters with his wife Colleen.

Vicki has over 6 years experience in the insurance industry, both in underwriting and sales. She has worked with Investment Advisors, Accountants, Lawyers and other Miscellaneous Professional liability classes. Vicki currently specializes in professional liability products for Investment Advisors, such as bonds, fiduciary insurance, and E & O. Prior to NAPLIA, Vicki was an underwriter for Philadelphia Insurance Companies.
Vicki graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania
majoring in Psychology. Vicki and her husband Dave enjoy
traveling and outdoor sports and Vicki recently completed her
first half marathon in
Gary Sutherland has over 20 years of insurance experience and holds the prestigious designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), an honor attained by only 2% of all insurance brokers. Gary is the founder of NAPLIA and he oversees the operation and direction of all offices with a generosity and attention to detail that is unmatched.
His diverse experience is invaluable to the service he provides to professionals. He has owned his own property management company, been a licensed property assessor, and held the position of National Sales Manager overseeing three national professional liability programs targeted to accountants, attorneys, and real estate professionals. Gary contributes frequently to Investment Advisor policy development, articles, and speaking engagements.
Gary is married to Patrice and has three grown children. Gary spends his free time researching family history and genealogy.
Tom Henell started his career in professional liability in 1989. He ran the advertising and marketing for several national programs, was instrumental in launching legal professional liability programs in MA, and has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
His further experience includes working as a Senior Vice President for an international media agency where he worked directly with Fortune 500 companies to develop their online marketing strategies. Tom is responsible for all of NAPLIA's marketing and advertising.Tom and his wife Monica have two boys. Tom is a guitar player/songwriter and can be seen performing regularly at local Open mic's.
