Blaine Aikin is President and CEO of fi360, which provides training, tools, and resources in support of our mission of promoting a culture of fiduciary responsibility and improving the decision making processes of investment fiduciaries. Previously the Chief Knowledge Officer and Director of Training for fi360, he is the primary architect of the AIFA program and a major contributor to the development of the Fiduciary Excellence concept that is at the heart of our products and services. He is the author of numerous articles on the subjects of fiduciary responsibility and investment management, and the author of the monthly Fiduciary Corner column in InvestmentNews magazine

Heather Martorella is the Director of Marketing for fi360. Heather joined fi360 in January 2005 as the company's Project Officer. Her responsibilities lie mainly with the Center for Fiduciary Studies. She recently graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing. Her most recent professional accomplishment was acquiring the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® Designation in April of 2005.

Brian C. Hubbell, is the Founder of Hubbell Consulting. He began his career in the Pension Investment Division of Mutual of New York in 1980. In 1985, he joined the consulting firm of Findley Davies where he spent over 20 years. As a senior Principal of the firm and member of the Board of Directors, he established the Charlotte office in 1987 and was the Practice Leader for the firm’s retirement consulting practice. Mr. Hubbell holds the AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies affiliated with the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. He has been a guest speaker at national conferences sponsored by the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America, Pension and Investment Age, and Center for Due Diligence. He is past president of the Charlotte Pension Forum and has been an instructor for the CEBS curriculum (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist). Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa with a major in Business Administration.

Phillip Chiricotti is the President of the Center for Due Diligence, an independent information and strategic resources firm serving retirement plan advisors. Chiricotti has been in the financial services industry for over thirty years and has specialized in retirement plans for over a decade. Before launching the CFDD, Phil was a retirement advisor and he holds a BSBA from Tri State College, majors in finance and accounting, and did graduate work at the University of Chicago. He resides in Oakbrook, Illinois with his son Sean and his daughter Kelly. Phil’s passions include Renaissance art, architecture and ancient military history. /p>
